This locks in fresh-picked flavor, texture, and nutrition. Studies show IQF retains up to 95% of a product's original nutritional value. For you, that means frozen vegetables that taste, cook, and nourish just like fresh.

Our Gilroy facility processes produce within 4-6 hours of harvest, while "fresh" vegetables at the grocery store may be days or weeks old.
